Questions
Who owns my client list and appointments?
You do. Your clients, appointments, services and prices belong to your business. You can export everything at any time, including if you move to other software.
Can clients pay a deposit online?
Not yet; online deposits are coming soon. For now clients pay at the shop, and your booking rules (free-change window, late-cancel and no-show fees) are shown before they book. When deposits arrive, they go to your own Stripe account: clients pay you directly and Stripe pays out to your bank. Chairday never holds your money and adds no booking fee.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There’s no contract. If you cancel, everything keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for. Export your data before you go and it’s yours to keep.
Will you help me set it up?
Setup is built to be quick. Paste your price list the way you already have it (a menu, a text, a spreadsheet) and Chairday turns it into services with prices and times. A short checklist covers hours, your team and your booking link. Stuck? Email hello@doppler.work.
What happens when I sign up?
You confirm your email, your workspace opens, and a short checklist walks you through services, hours, your team and your booking link. Clients can book the same day.
Does it work with my current website?
Yes. Add a Book button that links to your Chairday page, or embed the booking flow directly on any site with one line of code.
